I’m Rizzy. My journey began right after high school when I joined the USAF, and I still believe that was one of the best choices I’ve ever made. The military taught me invaluable lessons in resilience, strength, and the importance of staying mentally prepared for whatever life throws my way.

After my service, I ventured into the business world, building and selling a successful enterprise. But my drive didn’t stop there. I pursued my Yoga Teacher Training, earned a Master’s degree, and am currently working towards my doctorate. Each step has been a part of my quest to explore better health and wellness.

Now, I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned and helping women become stronger mentally, physically, and emotionally. That’s why I created the Beachside Beehive—a retreat designed to empower and uplift women like you. I invite you to join me in this journey of wellness and transformation.
